Farsta IBK was one of 56 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Älvsjöcupen 2022. They participated with one team in Pojkar 16 (födda 2006).

In addition to Farsta IBK, 12 other teams played in Pojkar 16 (födda 2006). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Farsta IBK could be found in Group C together with Ekerö IK, Åkersberga IBF and Nacka IBK.

Farsta IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBF Offensiv Lidingö with 1-7. In the Final, Väsby AIK won over Danderyds SK Innebandy and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 16 (födda 2006).

Farsta IBK comes from Enskede which lies approximately 4 km from ÄLVSJÖ, where Älvsjöcupen takes place. The area around Enskede does also provide 43 additional clubs participating during Älvsjöcupen 2022 (Among others: Åkersberga IBF Ungdom, Rotebro IS IBK, Duvbo Ungdom IK, Vendelsö IK, Järfälla IBK Ungdom, IK Frej, Segeltorps IF, Ängby IF, Västerhaninge IBK and Älvsjö AIK IBF).
